1. Getting Started · መጀመሪያ መመሪያ

Create your account

You can use GTM Biblical Greek’s reference and study resources freely without an account. Create a free student account only when you want to participate in a structured course and maintain your course progress and academic record. When you are ready for a course, create one GTM Biblical Greek account using an email address that you can access. Account creation and course enrollment are two separate steps. Passwords must be 8–128 characters. No special symbol or number pattern is required, but common passwords are rejected.

Email verification · ኢሜይል ማረጋገጥ

1. After registration, your account begins with Pending status.
2. Open the verification email sent by GTM Biblical Greek.
3. Click the verification link in the email once. GTM automatically completes verification.
4. No second “Verify email” button or scrolling is required.
5. Your status then changes from Pending to Active.

ከተመዘገቡ በኋላ መለያዎ Pending ይሆናል። የተላከልዎትን የማረጋገጫ ኢሜይል ይክፈቱ፣ በውስጡ ያለውን ሊንክ አንድ ጊዜ ይጫኑ። GTM ማረጋገጡን በራሱ ያጠናቅቃል እና መለያዎ Active ይሆናል። ተጨማሪ “Verify email” ቁልፍ መጫን ወይም ወደ ታች መሸብለል አያስፈልግም።

2. Course Enrollment · በኮርስ መመዝገብ

An Active account does not automatically mean that you are enrolled in a course. First verify your account, then open the Courses area and enroll in the course available to you.

Active መለያ መኖሩ በራሱ በኮርስ ተመዝግበዋል ማለት አይደለም። መጀመሪያ ኢሜይልዎን ያረጋግጡ፣ ከዚያ Courses ክፍል ውስጥ በመግባት በተፈቀደልዎት ኮርስ ይመዝገቡ።

After enrollment, use the course pages to follow lessons, exercises, progress, assessments, transcripts, and certificates where applicable.

3. NT Greek 310-Word Plan · 310 የአዲስ ኪዳን ግሪክ ቃላት

The 310-Word Plan is designed to help you master high-frequency New Testament Greek vocabulary systematically. The standard plan distributes the vocabulary across approximately 62 study days.

የ310 ቃላት ዕቅድ በአዲስ ኪዳን ብዙ ጊዜ የሚገኙ የግሪክ ቃላትን በተደራጀ መንገድ ለመማር የተዘጋጀ ነው። መደበኛው ዕቅድ በግምት በ62 የጥናት ቀናት ይከፋፈላል።

• Study the assigned words for the day.
• Listen to the Greek pronunciation.
• Use Remembered when a word has been learned.
• Review earlier words regularly.
• You may move faster or slower than the suggested schedule.

4. Biblical Greek Grammar · የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ግሪክ ሰዋሰው

The Grammar is both a structured course reference and a searchable grammatical resource. Chapters contain sections, paradigms, examples, terminology, and self-check material.

Grammar የተደራጀ የትምህርት መሣሪያም ሆነ የሰዋሰው ማጣቀሻ ነው። ምዕራፎቹ ክፍሎችን፣ ፓራዳይሞችን፣ ምሳሌዎችን፣ የሰዋሰው ቃላትንና የራስ ሙከራዎችን ያካትታሉ።

• Use the chapter list for systematic study.
• Use Grammar Search when you need a particular grammatical topic.
• Work through paradigms rather than merely reading them.
• Use the self-check questions to test understanding.

5. Interlinear New Testament · የአዲስ ኪዳን ኢንተርሊኒየር

The Interlinear is designed for close reading of the Greek New Testament. Use it to connect the Greek text with pronunciation, morphology, lexical information, and translation support.

• Select the desired New Testament book, chapter, and verse.
• Read the Greek first before relying on the translation.
• Examine morphology and lexical information word by word.

6. Concordances · ኮንኮርዳንሶች

GTM Biblical Greek provides three complementary research concordances. They answer different kinds of questions and should not be treated as three versions of the same tool.

Use the Lexical Concordance when your primary question concerns a Greek word or lemma: where it occurs, its forms, frequency, distribution, and lexical relationships.

Detailed Grammatical Guide

Use the Grammatical Concordance when your question concerns morphology, grammatical form, syntax, or grammatical role. Search and filter occurrences so that comparable constructions can be studied together.

Exegetical Concordance

Detailed Exegetical Guide

Use the Exegetical Concordance when you are examining broader exegetical, literary, intertextual, source, or interpretive relationships. Treat the supplied analytical information as research assistance that should be evaluated in context.

Recommended concordance workflow

1. Start with a specific Greek word, grammatical construction, or passage.
2. Choose the concordance that matches your research question.
3. Apply book, lemma, grammatical, or other available filters.
4. Inspect individual occurrences in their biblical context.
5. Compare the evidence before drawing an exegetical conclusion.

7. Recommended Study Path · የሚመከር የጥናት ቅደም ተከተል

For students learning Biblical Greek, a productive sequence is:

Public study: GOLD Grammar → NT Greek 310 → Interlinear Reading → Concordances. Structured course study: FREE COURSES → Course Lessons → Exercises / Assignments → Assessments → Progress → Transcript / Certificate

The applications are designed to work together. Grammar explains the system; vocabulary supplies the words; the Interlinear develops reading skill; exercises test learning; and the Concordances support deeper analysis.

8. Troubleshooting & FAQ · ችግኝ ሲያጋጥም

My account says Pending.

Your account exists, but your email has not yet been verified. Sign in with the same email and password and use Resend verification email if necessary.

መለያዬ Pending ይላል።

መለያዎ ተፈጥሯል፣ ነገር ግን ኢሜይልዎ ገና አልተረጋገጠም። በዚያው ኢሜይልና የይለፍ ቃል ይግቡ፤ ካስፈለገ Resend verification email ይጫኑ።

I opened the verification link but my account is still Pending.

Clicking the verification link is enough. If the account remains Pending, use Resend verification email and open the newest link; do not create another account.

I did not receive the verification email.

Check Spam/Junk, confirm that you used the correct email address, and request another verification email. A new message is rate-limited to avoid repeated mail within a short period.

My verification link expired.

Verification links expire after 24 hours. Request a new verification email. You do not need to create another account.

I created an account but cannot see my course.

Account registration and course enrollment are separate. Verify your email first, then open the Courses area and complete enrollment.
