Privacy Notice

Phase 1C working policy: GTM Biblical Greek stores the minimum account and academic data needed to operate the learning platform. Student records are not public. Public certificate verification will expose only the limited fields defined by the certificate policy. Raw passwords are never stored.

Core data categories

• Account identity and profile information.
• Enrollment, progress, assessment, assignment and grade records.
• Transcript and certificate issuance records.
• Security/audit metadata, using privacy-preserving IP hashes rather than raw IP storage in the identity foundation.

This working notice must receive legal/privacy review before public production registration is enabled.
